If, later on, you decide to embark on a more consistent journey, you are always welcome to get on the LABRADORITE coaching plan. And maybe even the EMERALD one, who knows?

Investment: 360€. No time commitment.

LABRADORITE
​
This is my most popular coaching plan. Call it my flagship plan. You are really serious about your growth and transformation and you know you want to take your time while doing so, making sure new habits take hold for the long haul and deeply connecting to your true self. We journey together over six months, meeting once every 10 days. You're ready, willing and able to finally create space for a life in wellness and harmony with your inner self, one that you're really deeply proud of.
This is how we'll do it:
- The very first session will be an intensive 60 minutes session to get it all out there: work, life/home/family and frustrations/blocks. We'll set KPIs to measure your progress too.
- Three 45 minute calls each month (9 total) over three months
- Actionable assignments to move you forward after each session
Commitment: 500€* per month (3000€ total) and 6 months to dedicate to your transformation and empowerment. Pay upfront or monthly, it's up to you.
Why Labradorite? Labradorite is known as the stone of transformation. It is said to be a useful companion through change, imparting strength and perseverance. Labradorite is also said to balance and protect the aura, raise consciousness and ground spiritual energies.

EMERALD​
I call this a mentorship program because you have direct access to me. This is for you if you're short on time yet ready to make real change in 90 days. You want to find your thing and deal with pain points keeping you from your goals (even if one of them is not being clear on your goal!). A deep dive into personal one-on-one integral coaching to shift you from surviving to a thrive mindset, with the energy and confidence to execute.
This is how we'll do it:
- The very first session will be an intensive 90 minutes session to get it all out there: work, life/home/family and frustrations/blocks. We'll set KPIs to measure your progress too.
- Three 60-minute calls each month (9 total) over three months
- Actionable assignments to move you forward after each session
+ DIRECT ACCESS TO ME via messaging or email for any questions, kickass wins you want to share or surprises you come across.

Commitment: 1500€* per month (4500€ total) and 3 months to focus on you and your goals. Pay upfront or monthly, you decide.

CORPORATE WELLNESS PROGRAMS​

I offer tailored programs for corporate wellness. Sessions take place remotely until further notice.
1-on-1 sessions, group sessions/workshops. Activities focus on the self and on creativity to find and keep one's grounding. This is a particularly crucial skill to hone in during times of uncertainty and generalized anxiety, like we are experiencing on a global scale at the moment with the COVID pandemic.
